The Year 5, 6, and 7 students from St. Brigid’s, Mountfield enjoyed an exciting trip to Armagh Planetarium, where they learned all about the solar system and explored the wonders of space. They were fascinated by the interactive displays and the chance to see the planets up close in the dome theatre. During the visit, the pupils also carried out a hands‑on investigation into how rockets are launched using air and water pressure, discovering how force and motion work together to send a rocket soaring into the sky. It was a fun and educational day for everyone!
