During the month of October, to coincide with Maths Week, the pupils of St. Brigid's Primary School in Mountfield enthusiastically engaged in playing maths games at home with their families. This initiative aimed to promote a love of numeracy beyond the classroom, encouraging children to explore mathematical thinking in fun and interactive ways. From board games and puzzles to card challenges and number hunts, families enjoyed quality time together while reinforcing key maths skills. The school was delighted with the positive feedback and the creative ways families embraced the challenge.
