Scoil Spreagtha is an accredited Irish-language initiative designed to support and celebrate English-medium primary schools that actively promote the use of Gaeilge within the school environment. The programme is spearheaded by Gael Linn, Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin, and Ulster University, with funding from Foras na Gaeilge.   Our school receives structured support and resources to integrate Irish into daily school life. We are working towards our third accreditation to embed Irish language across the curriculum, from classroom greetings to cultural activities. Pupils benefit from enriched language skills, increased cultural awareness, and early exposure to bilingual education.
