The Bridging Club at St Brigid’s Primary School provides a practical and supportive solution for families whose children finish school at different times. When P1 and P2 pupils finish at 2pm, they can remain safely in school until 3pm, allowing parents and carers to collect siblings together at the end of the school day.

During Bridging Club, children enjoy a calm, supervised environment with opportunities for gentle play, social interaction and relaxing activities suitable for their age. The club ensures pupils feel settled and secure while they transition to home time.

Bridging Club is a valued part of our after‑school provision, offering convenience for families and continuity of care for children at a cost of £2 per day, while supporting pupils’ wellbeing at the end of the school day.
